Japanese garden "Rikugien Gardens"
Hello!
This time, we introduce a Japanese garden "Rikugien Gardens".
Rikugien Gardens is a famous Japanese garden. The origin of the garden dates back to the Edo period.
Access : 7 minutes on foot from Komagome station
Komagome station is on JR Yamanote line, 3 stops from Ikebukuro.

Rikugien Gardens has big cherry blossom trees.
We couldn't see the blooming cherry blossoms because we visited in February,
but in April, you can see the beautiful cherry blossoms!
When we visited, we could see plum blossoms instead.

Here is "Fukiage-chaya" tea house.
We took a break with green tea and amazake (a sweet rice drink).
