SAPPORO TV Tower

Built in 1956, Sapporo TV Tower is located at the east end of Ōdōri Park offering a panoramic view of Sapporo.
From an observation deck at a height of 90m, visitors can enjoy the seasonal changing views of Ōdōri Park and the events. On clear days, Ishikari Plain and Sea of Japan can be observed.

Sapporo Clock Tower

Sapporo Clock Tower

Sapporo Clock Tower, standing still in the middle of the city is a symbol of Sapporo City. It is, in fact, one of the oldest clock towers in Japan. The clock’s time bell strikes on the hour every hour telling the time to the city. It is a historical building which has been watching over the development of Sapporo. It was designated as a National Important Cultural Property on June 17th, 1970.

Sapporo Maruyama Zoo opened in 1951 as the 10th zoo in Japan. It is well known for its rich natural environment. Sapporo Dome
