Tokyu Stay is promoting initiatives to achieve operation of a sustainable, experience-based lifestyle hotel.

We have launched new initiatives such as key sleeves made from “Shibuya Paper,” a material derived from textile waste in Shibuya, and room keys and capsule toys (gacha) made from timber obtained through forest thinning at Tokyu Resort Town Tateshina.

Following the flow of the guest’s stay from check-in to check-out, we are rolling out our circular story as three experiences connecting people, forests, and the future—enabling guests to enjoy themselves while participating in resource recycling.
