Thank you very much for choosing Tokyu Stay.

We are pleased to announce that following the launch of the "Tokyu Stay App," the "Online Advance Payment Service" is now also available on the "Tokyu Stay Official Website."


Main Changes

With the introduction of the "Online Advance Payment Service," it is no longer possible to change your payment method via the URL included in the "Reservation Confirmation Email" sent after completing your reservation.

If you wish to change your payment method, please modify your reservation through the "Tokyu Stay App," or cancel your reservation on the "Tokyu Stay Official Website" and make a new reservation. Please note that if you change your reservation details, the price may differ from your original reservation.


Notes on Payment Procedures

Please be aware that some credit cards may experience issues during the payment process.

After your reservation, please make sure to confirm that the reservation has been completed correctly by checking the "Reservation Confirmation Email" and your "Smart Club Member Page" (reservation history).


If you encounter an error during payment, please try clearing the cache of your PC or smartphone browser, using a different brand of credit card, or making your reservation and payment through the "Tokyu Stay App."
If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact your credit card issuer directly.
