Please note that if you have made a reservation and advance payment through a travel agency, the hotel will not be able to issue a receipt.
In such cases, kindly contact the travel agency through which you made your booking.
Receipts can only be issued by the hotel for payments made locally at the hotel.

[Qualified Invoices/Receipts]
If you require a receipt that complies with the Japanese invoice system (qualified invoice/receipt), please make your reservation through our official website or app,
or through a Japanese travel agency (such as Rakuten Travel, Jalan, JTB, etc.).
