本日は「シティーベーカリー」さんの鯖サンドをご紹介いたします。

鯖サンドといえばトルコ名物の1つですが、

こちらのシティーベーカリーさんの鯖サンドの特徴は、なんといってもその派手な見た目にあります。

This time I will introduce a sandwich of mackerel.

As you know, sandwich of mackerel is famous dish of Turkey.

However, the city bakery's one is characterized by the appearance.

　

思わず「え？これがサンドイッチ？」と言ってしまいそうなインパクトです。

この黒さの正体はなんとイカスミ。そこに紫キャベツとカレー粉をまぶした鯖を挟むことで、

見た目の派手さだけでなく、味のアクセントと深みを生み出しているのだそうです。

The buns is colored by using squid ink. Between of it, the purple cabbage and mackerel coated with curry powder are sandwiched.

It looks interesting color, but actually it is very nice!

　

シティーベーカリー銀座店さんは東京メトロから直通の入口にあり、朝７時半から開店ですので

通勤前のちょっとした時間にもご利用頂けます。

お持ち帰りは勿論、お隣のカフェでも頂く事が出来ますので、銀座にいらした際には是非お立ち寄り下さい。

You can access to the bakery from Tokyo Metro.

There is cafe beside of the bakery, so you can eat the bread there too.
