下記の通り、当館の外壁修繕工事を行います。
工事中は時間帯によって騒音や塗装臭を伴う作業が発生します。
細心の注意を払って作業を進めて参りますので、ご理解賜りますよう何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

【期　　間】　　　2022年12月1日（木）～2023年4月28日(金)

【工事時間】　　　10:30～18:30（予定）※日曜日休工
　　　　　　　　　　　
　　　　　　　　　※平日11:00～15:00の時間帯は特に大きな騒音と臭気を伴う作業を行います。　　　　

【その他休工日】　年末年始（12月29日～1月4日）、1月9日、2月23日、3月21日

【内　　容】　　　外壁補修工事・塗装工事・バルコニー防水工事・洗浄作業
　　　　　　　　　外構足場の組立・解体
　　　　

※窓の外を作業員が通行しますので、工事中はカーテン・窓を閉めた状態でのご滞在をお願いします※　　　　

※足場（建物全体）にメッシュシートがかかるため、お部屋からの景色は見えなくなります※

The exterior wall of the hotel will be repaired as follows.

【Other closed days】Year-end and New Year holidays (December 29th to January 4th), January 9th, February 23rd, March 21st

【Construction content】Exterior wall repair work, painting work, balcony waterproofing work, cleaning work, assembly and dismantling of scaffolding
　　　　

*Workers will pass outside the window, so please stay with the curtains and windows closed during construction*

*Since the scaffolding (the entire building) is covered with a mesh sheet, the scenery from the room will not be visible*
