In some cases, it may be possible to make reservations via the Tokyu Stay app, so we would be grateful if you could also consider using the app.

(Please note that there may be cases where reservations cannot be made through either the website or the app.)

We are currently investigating the cause of this issue, and will provide updates on our website as soon as there is any progress.
