Information on hotel exterior wall construction.

The exterior wall of the hotel will be repaired as follows.

Depending on the time of day, there will be noise and paint odor during construction.

We will continue to pay close attention to the work, so we appreciate you're understanding.

【Scheduled]】December 1, 2026 (Tuesday) to Marc 31, 2027 (Friday)

【Construction hours】 AM09:00～PM6:00 ※Closed on Sundays

※During weekdays from AM11:00 to PM3:00, work will be particularly noisy and odorous.

【Construction content】Exterior wall repair work, painting work, balcony waterproofing work, cleaning work, assembly and dismantling of scaffolding

Remarks:

a) Since the scaffolding (the entire building) is covered with a mesh sheet, the scenery from the room will not be visible.

b) Please expect a major increase in noise as a result of cleaning, painting and scaffold.

c) There might be strong paint odors during working hours. Guests are kindly requested not to open the window.

d) Please lower the blind during working hour as maintenance workers will be shown up outside the window.

e) Some of guest rooms balconey will be scaffoled; i.e. guests are not available to move out to baloney from the room.
