【Construction hours】 AM09:00～PM6:00 ※Closed on Sundays

※During weekdays from AM11:00 to PM3:00, work will be particularly noisy and odorous.

【Construction content】Exterior wall repair work, painting work, balcony waterproofing work, cleaning work, assembly and dismantling of scaffolding

※Workers will pass outside the window, so please stay with the curtains and windows closed during construction.

※Since the scaffolding (the entire building) is covered with a mesh sheet, the scenery from the room will not be visible.
