RULES

    • ・Baggage checked in at Haneda Airport counters by 6:00 PM will be delivered to your cabin on the same day. The counters close at 6:00 PM.
    • ・Long-term storage starting several days before check-in or delivery after check-out (e.g., from a hotel to the airport) is not available.
    • ・Each piece of baggage must have a total of three dimensions not exceeding 240 cm and a weight not exceeding 30 kg. We may refuse items with inadequate packaging or those at risk of leaking liquids.
    • ・We cannot deliver valuables such as cash, passports, securities, important documents, or precious metals; dangerous goods like flammable items or aerosol cans; or live animals, plants, and perishable food items.
    • ・Items like umbrellas or tripods cannot be strapped to the outside of suitcases. They must be placed inside or checked as separate baggage.
    • ・Due to traffic conditions, we cannot guarantee specific arrival times (typically 5-7 hours after pickup).
    • ・Compensation is not available for normal wear and tear during shipping, including exterior scratches, dirt, wheel wear, or exterior moisture from inclement weather.
    • ・While we can ship precision equipment like PCs, smartphones, and cameras, we cannot compensate for any malfunctions or damage that may occur.
    • ・Please note that if delivery proceeds after your hotel reservation is canceled, a cancellation fee of ¥30,000 per item will apply. If you no longer require delivery, please ensure you do not use the service.
    • ・For service inquiries, please contact your reserved hotel. For any damage to your luggage, please notify the front desk within 24 hours of receipt. Claims for the maximum ¥300,000 compensation require reporting within 24 hours. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt.

Q.How much does the service cost?

A.

The service can be used at no charge.

Q.Are there items that cannot be checked?

A.

Items requiring refrigeration or freezing (perishables, chocolates, etc.) are not allowed. Also, attaching items to the outside of suitcases is prohibited. There is a risk of loss or damage, so pack items inside luggage, or check them as separate baggage.

Q.After check-out, can luggage be sent from the hotel to the airport?

A.

At present, that is not possible. The service only provides one-way delivery from the airport to the hotel.

Q.There are two fields for entering a name on the form. Is there some difference between them?

A.

They are used differently to prevent trouble during luggage pick-up at the hotel.
1. Reservation holder name: Name of representative who booked the hotel reservation (without this, the hotel will refuse pick-up).
2. Service user name: Name of customer who actually comes to the counter.

Q.At what exact time is luggage delivered to the hotel?

A.

We cannot guarantee a specific time. We do promise that luggage dropped off by 6:00 PM will be delivered the same day, but the exact time varies depending on the traffic situation and delivery route on the day in question. (A rough guide is 5 to 7 hours after drop-off.)

Q.Can you deliver luggage to the hotel room?

A.

As a rule, luggage is delivered to the hotel’s front desk. Delivery from the front desk to your room is handled according to each hotel’s service policy, so please confirm with the front desk at check-in.

Q.I canceled my hotel reservation. Do I need to do a procedure to cancel Air Luggage?

A.

Yes. Complete the cancelation procedure from your account page. *If luggage is delivered to a hotel where you have no reservation, you will be charged a penalty of ¥30,000, and you will be charged for all costs relating to return of your luggage.

Q.I will be staying at the hotel with family and friends. Do we have to apply separately to drop off luggage?

A.

You can choose your preferred method to suit the guest arrival situation.
When arriving together
We recommend having a single representative register and applying for all luggage for the number of persons in the party. Then the procedure only needs to be done once, and that saves waiting time at the counter.
When arriving separately (meeting at the location, etc.)
Each individual can apply separately from their own smartphone. At that time, enter a common “Reservation holder name ” to link together all members of the party.

If any points are unclear, inquire at the location where you’ve made your reservation
