<Accommodation Reservation Service>

Applications may be submitted up to the day of your stay; however, applications will be closed once the hotel reaches full capacity.

<Accommodation Rights Resale Service*1>

Members who wish to sell Eligible Accommodation Rights*2 (hereinafter referred to as "Sellers") may do so until 11:59 PM on the day prior to the accommodation date associated with the Eligible Accommodation Rights. Members who wish to purchase Eligible Accommodation Rights (hereinafter referred to as "Purchasers") may only purchase Eligible Accommodation Rights that are currently listed on the Accommodation Rights Resale Service.

1. *1Refers to the "Accommodation Rights Resale Service" as defined in Article 2 of the Tokyu Stay Official Accommodation Rights Resale Service Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Accommodation Rights Resale Service Terms") separately established by the Company. The same applies hereinafter.
2. *2Refers to the "Eligible Accommodation Rights" as defined in Article 2 of the Accommodation Rights Resale Service Terms. The same applies hereinafter.
3. *3Please note that if the sale and purchase agreement set forth in the preceding paragraph is not concluded by 11:59 PM on the day prior to the accommodation date associated with the Eligible Accommodation Rights, the listing of such Eligible Accommodation Rights shall be automatically withdrawn upon the expiration of such time.

<Gift Codes*4 and Limited-Time Points*5>

During the listing procedure for Eligible Accommodation Rights prescribed by the Company, the Seller shall select whether to receive the balance remaining after deducting the prescribed fees*7 payable by such Seller from the Purchase Price*6 (hereinafter referred to as the "Sales Proceeds") in the form of Gift Codes or Limited-Time Points equivalent to such amount.

2. *5Refers to the "Limited-Time Points" as defined in Article 2 of the Accommodation Rights Resale Service Terms. The same applies hereinafter.
3. *6Refers to the price payable by the Purchaser to the Seller in accordance with the sales price of the Eligible Accommodation Rights as set forth in Article 6, Paragraph 1 of the Accommodation Rights Resale Service Terms. The same applies hereinafter.
4. *7Please refer to the section under "Sales Price or Consideration for Services" below.

Price of Service

<Accommodation Reservation Service>

Prices vary depending on the accommodation plan for each hotel. For details, please refer to the details of each accommodation plan displayed on the Company's designated service page for the Accommodation Reservation Service.

<Accommodation Rights Resale Service>

Sales Price of Eligible Accommodation Rights Prices vary depending on the sales price of each Eligible Accommodation Rights listed by the Seller. For details, please refer to the details of each Eligible Accommodation Rights currently listed on the Company's designated service page for the Accommodation Rights Resale Service.

Fees Prescribed by the Company
Both Sellers and Purchasers shall bear the fees prescribed by the Company in accordance with the sales price of the Eligible Accommodation Rights. For details regarding the breakdown and calculation method of fees payable by Sellers and Purchasers, please refer to this page.

<Gift Codes and Limited-Time Points>

The price shall be equivalent to the Sales Proceeds. Please also refer to Article 6 of the Accommodation Rights Resale Service Terms.

Delivery Time of Products or Timing of Service Provision

<Accommodation Reservation Service>

For accommodation, the reserved accommodation dates shall be deemed the service provision date.

<Accommodation Rights Resale Service>

The service will be available immediately upon completion of membership registration for Tokyu Resorts & Stays SMART CLUB. Additionally, purchased Eligible Accommodation Rights shall be transferred to the Purchaser promptly after the conclusion of the sale and purchase agreement by the method prescribed by the Company. Please also refer to Article 7 of the Accommodation Rights Resale Service Terms.

For subsequent accommodation, the accommodation dates associated with the purchased Eligible Accommodation Rights shall be deemed the service provision date.

<Gift Codes and Limited-Time Points>

Upon completion of the payment procedure for the Purchase Price of the Eligible Accommodation Rights by the Purchaser, Gift Codes or Limited-Time Points equivalent to the Sales Proceeds from the sale of such Eligible Accommodation Rights shall be granted to the Seller by the method prescribed by the Company. Please also refer to Article 6 of the Accommodation Rights Resale Service Terms.

Payment Method and Timing

<Accommodation Reservation Service>

Advance Payment
Payment shall be made by credit card (VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB, Diners Club) upon completion of the accommodation reservation through the method and procedures prescribed by the Company.

On-Site Payment/Settlement
Payment shall be made at the front desk of the hotel where you will be staying by cash or credit card (VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, UC, TOP& Card, JCB, Diners Club, UnionPay) by the time of check-in (or by the date separately agreed upon at the time of reservation regarding the payment due date).

<Accommodation Rights Resale Service>

The Purchase Price of the Eligible Accommodation Rights shall be paid promptly after the conclusion of the sale and purchase agreement for such Eligible Accommodation Rights by credit card (VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB, Diners Club).

The fees prescribed by the Company payable by the Purchaser shall be paid together with the payment of the Purchase Price for the Eligible Accommodation Rights described above. The fees prescribed by the Company payable by the Seller shall be paid by deducting the amount equivalent to such fees from the Purchase Price for the Eligible Accommodation Rights received by the Company from the Purchaser.

<Gift Codes and Limited-Time Points>

Upon completion of the payment procedure for the Purchase Price of the Eligible Accommodation Rights by the Purchaser, Gift Codes or Limited-Time Points equivalent to the Sales Proceeds from the Seller's sale of such Eligible Accommodation Rights shall be granted to the Seller. Please also refer to Article 6 of the Accommodation Rights Resale Service Terms.

Additional Surcharges

Bathing tax and accommodation tax (applicable to certain hotels) may apply when staying at a hotel.

Cancellation Fees and Refunds

Cancellation shall be subject to the Accommodation Terms and Conditions. However, if separate rules or regulations regarding cancellation eligibility and refund availability (cancellation fees) are established for each accommodation plan, such rules shall apply (please refer to the details of each accommodation plan for more information).

Due to the nature of the products and services, refunds after the stay cannot be provided.

<Accommodation Rights Resale Service>

Once a sale and purchase agreement for Eligible Accommodation Rights has been concluded (i.e., once Eligible Accommodation Rights have been purchased), changes, cancellations, or terminations at the convenience of either the Purchaser or the Seller are not permitted.

Regarding cancellation eligibility and refund availability (cancellation fees) for accommodation associated with each Eligible Accommodation Rights, please refer to the details of the plan associated with such Eligible Accommodation Rights. Additionally, due to the nature of the products and services, refunds after the stay cannot be provided.

<Gift Codes and Limited-Time Points>

Due to the nature of the products and services, cancellation of grants (purchases), returns or exchanges, and refunds after grants (purchases) are not accepted under any circumstances.
