Housekeeping rules

We provide a basic daily housekeeping service for guests staying up to 6 nights. It does not include making beds or cleaning the bathroom.
For guests staying 7 nights or more, there is no basic daily housekeeping service, but the rooms are cleaned once a week.

Basic housekeeping：Replacing towels, nightwear and toothbrush-sets, and collecting waste
Room cleaning：Making beds, replacing all towels and nightwear, replenishing room supplies, room cleaning, and emptying wastebaskets

Cancellations

Online reservations or cancellations are admitted up to one day prior to check-in date.
Please be aware that cancellations made later than 2 days before check-in until the check-in date are subject of charges.
