【Announcement : Temporary Closure and Limited Services】
Under current circumstances and to avoid further Covid-19 virus pandemic, Tokyu Stay Shinjuku has decided to suspend its operation and close the hotel under following period:
Period of temporary Closure :
April 15th (Wed) - May 10th (Sun)
During the above period, almost of all staff will be not at the hotel, therefore we cannot provide any services.
We apologize for the short notice and we hope all guests will be understand our urgent situation.
Our froup hotel is still opening except Aoyama, Kamata, and Tsukiji.
If you would like to stay in Shinjuku area, please stay at Tokyu Stay Nishi-Shinjuku.
※please find the instruction on how to get to Nishi-Shinjuku:
1. Nishi-shinjuku-5chome st. A1 East exit on Oedo Line.~2min.on foot
2. Nishi- shinjuku Sta. 2 exit on Tokyo Metro Line.~8 min.on foot.
3. Shinjuku Sta. West exit on JR Line.~15 min.on foot
