東京タワーウインターファンタジー~オレンジイルミネーション~
あっという間にお正月の期間が過ぎ、お正月気分も抜けきらないまますっかり通常の生活に戻ってしまったと感じる今日この頃ですが、皆様如何お過ごしでございますか？ これから大寒に向け、雪の日や寒い日が多くなってくると思われますので、風邪などを召されないように十分お気を付けくださいませ。
さて、このブログでは、昨年のクリスマスシーズンに都内数か所のクリスマスイルミネーションの話題を取り上げさせていただきましたが、クリスマスが終わってしまっても、ウインターイルミネーションとして2月下旬ぐらいまで楽しませてくれるイルミネーションスポットが都内に何箇所かございます。その中の1つがが東京タワー正面玄関前広場で開催されております、「東京タワーウインターファンタジー~オレンジイルミネーション~」でございます。
当ホテルがございます「祐天寺駅」から東急東横線で1駅目の「中目黒駅」で東京メトロ日比谷線に乗り換え、そこから4駅目の「神谷町駅」で下車し東京タワーを目指しました。
「神谷町駅」の1番出口を背にして桜田通りを右手に進み、飯倉交差点を左に折れるとオレンジ色にライトアップされた東京タワーが見えてまいりました。
夜になりますと、美しい東京タワーのライトアップを楽しむことができますが、ランドマークライトとダイアモンドヴィエールという2種類のライトアップがあり、ランドマークライトには、夏ヴァージョンと冬ヴァージョンがあるそうです。（2種類のライトアップがあることは知っていたのですが、ランドマークライトが季節によって変えられていたことは今まで全く気付きませんでした）現在の冬の間はご覧のような「高圧ナトリュームランプ」を使用したオレンジ色が際立つライトアップになっております。
東京タワーの正門玄関前広場に到着いたしますと、東京タワーの公式キャラクターであるノッポン兄弟の人形がお出迎えです。
広場に入ってゆきますと、東京タワーの模型や、オレンジ色に光っている東京タワー型のライトがいたるところにございました。
今年、東京タワーは開業60周年を迎えるそうで、広場にはそれに合わせ樹齢60年のモミの木が置かれていました。このモミの木は都内最大級で12ｍもあるそうです。
モミの木の前にはハート型の写真撮影スポットがあり、カップルが自撮りしていたり、家族連れなどがカメラを構えパチパチと撮影をしておりました。
期間中は毎時00分と30分に楽曲に合わせた「オレンジガーデン・ライティングショ―」が実施されており、約10分間幻想的なイルミネーションショ―を楽しむことはできます。
これからの寒い季節、オレンジ色にライトアップされた東京タワーと、その真下にある6万球の幻想的で穏やかなオレンジ色の光が、あなたの心をほっこりと温かくしてくれることでしょう。興味のある方は是非東京タワーの正面玄関前広場に訪れてみては如何ですか？

"A Little Journey on the Hibiya Line ~ Tokyo Tower Winter Fantasy~Orange Illumination~"
I would like to introduce a winter illumination spot which is close to Yutenji by using the Tokyu Toyoko Line and Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. Even after the Christmas season, we can enjoy winter illuminations in some spots in Tokyo. I went to Tokyo Tower to see the illumination called Tokyo Tower Winter Fantasy~Orange Illumination~. The Tokyo Tower itself is lit up in an orange color in the winter time. There are two kinds of light up: one for the summer version and another for the winter version for Tokyo Tower. Though I have seen Tokyo Tower lit up at night time, I didn't notice the difference of the summer version and the winter version. It will be 60 years this year since Tokyo Tower was built. A 12 meter high fir tree of 60 years old is placed in the main gate entrance square so as to match the age. We can enjoy the illumination show called "Orange Garden Lighting Show" from 16:00 to 22:00 for 10 minutes every half an hour at the main gate entrance square. The light up of the Tokyo Tower with orange color and the light up of the main gate entrance with 60,000 orange bulbs just below the Tokyo Tower is sure to make your heart warm and happy.

The Orange Garden Lighting Show is being held from 16:00 to 22:00 for 10 minutes every half an hour.
Access to Kamiyacho Station from Yutenji Station by subway:
Yutenji Station→Nakameguro Station (approximately 2 minutes by Tokyu Toyoko Line)
Nakameguro Station→Kamiyacho Station (approximately 12 minutes by Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line)
Get out of Exit 1 of the Kamiyacho Subway Station on Sakurada Street. Then, after making a right behind the exit make a left at the Iikura Cross, and you will find Tokyo Tower. It will take 7 minutes from Kamiyacho Station to Tokyo Tower.
