Thank you very much for your continued loving our hotel and your loyalty.

First, Tokyu Stay SHINJUKU finally have reopened from May 27th because the Japanese gorverment lifted the state of emergency declaration!

Due to the COVID-19, we had closed for one and a half months(!) from 15th April.

Thank you very much for being so patient!

However, we continue to stop our coffee machine, ice maker, service of the newspapers and limited service of the breakfast.

We terribly sorry for your inconvenience.

We appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.

Second, wewill start"the Service of day-use" from June 5th.

You can stay from 9:00-20:00 for 11 hours!

The coronavirus is becoming a major problem whole of the world.

All we hope is getting that resolved and back our nomal life soon.

Due to the COVID-19, we had been forced to change our life style.
