About changes in customer response due to an emergency declaration

Thank you for staying Tokyu Stay Nihombashi.

In response to the government's urgent declaration the other day, we have changed the way we handle our customers as follows to prevent the spread of coronaviruses.


①Please fill in the "health check sheet" (optional) at check-in.

②Some amenities are handed over at the front desk.

③We have reduced the number of seats (breakfast seats) in the front lobby.

④Free coffee service and personal computer for guest are stopped.

⑤The reading service of the newspaper is stopped.

⑥We have changed the way we serve breakfast from buffet to plate.

⑦The cleaning staff does not enter the rooms for during their stay.

Therefore, we put replacement linen in a bag and hang it on the doorknob in the room.
