Announcement - Housekeeping
Due to Japan has declared State of Emergency on April 7 and in order to protect our guests,
hotel staff and housekeepers, Tokyu Stay Service Corporation has decided not to serve any room cleaning by our housekeepers from now on.
`Non house keeping` will begin effective from April 10 (schedule may subject to change under the term of State of Emergency)
●When you have any trash and used towels, please put them in the plastic bag and leave it outside of your room by noon(12:00pm)
●When you would like to have new towels and any other items, please call Front Desk. We will bring them up to your room and hang them on your door nob.
