Important Notice: New Accommodation Tax and Revision of Bathing Tax (Starting April 1, 2026)
Thank you for choosing TOKYU STAY Hakodate-Asaichi Akari no Yu.
Effective April 1, 2026, a new Accommodation Tax will be introduced by the Hokkaido Prefectural and Hakodate City Governments. Additionally, the Bathing Tax will be reduced from 150 JPY to 100 JPY on the same date.
For stays in Hakodate, guests will be charged the combined amount of both taxes as follows:
1. Accommodation Tax Rates (Per Person, Per Night)

*The tax rate is based on the room rate only (excluding meals, consumption tax, and bathing tax).
2. Revision of Bathing Tax
The Bathing Tax for using the hot spring will be revised as follows:
- Until March 31, 2026: 150 JPY
- From April 1, 2026: 100 JPY
