The entry door is operated by means of a card key system, thereby preventing anyone other than guests gaining entry to the hotel.

At the front desk, we will dispatch parcels and accept those to be delivered to guests, as well as providing a dry cleaning agency service.

The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, in order to provide the maximum support to our guests and enable them to feel at ease.

For 6 nights or less (Short-stay) guests, we will change the linen every day.
* The change of the linen includes replacing face towel, bath towel, bath mat, nightclothes and toothbrush and cleaning out.
For 7 nights or more (Middle-stay and Long-stay) guests, room-cleaning service will be provided once a week the same way as it used to be.
* The room cleaning includes a change of bed sheets, pillowcase and other linen, bed making, replenishing of amenities, room cleaning as well as cleaning out wastebaskets.

There is an easy-to-use kitchenet and a simple assortment of cooking utensils and tableware.
There is also a washing & dryer machine in each room, allowing you to enjoy even long stays in comfort.
