Reservations to Check-out
There are two ways to reserve a room at Tokyu Stay. Please select the method that is most convenient for you : online Reservation System, or telephone.
The next step is to check-in to Tokyu Stay hotel where you placed your reservation and pay the lodging fees.
Guest are welcome to come and do as they please during their stay.
Please pay for any outstanding charges at time of check-out.
Cancellations
How to cancel your reservation
We accept cancellation until one day before the day when you are to stay, that is, check in.
As for the cancellation made one or two days before the day or on the day, the cancellation fee is required.
Those who have made a reservation online
Those who have made a reservation online are expected to cancel online, logging in to the "Reservation Cancellation" page.
Those who have made a reservation by phone
Make a phone call to the hotel at which you've made a reservation.

Cancellation Fees
Reservation cancellations are subject to the following cancellation fees:

Lodging Tax
Lodging tax is charged on guests staying at hotels/inns in Tokyo.
Lodging
Lodging is an accommodation service offered by hotels/inns. Guests may be considered to use this service even if they do not physically stay in the hotel.
Guestroom Fee
Guestroom fees are provided for accommodation and do not include meals, entertainment, or other activities.
How Lodging Tax is Calculated
Guests staying in rooms with nightly rates of less than 10,000 yen per person (before tax) are exempt from paying a lodging tax.

If not contact 24AM (local time) on accommodation day,we may cancel your reservation.
Payment
Guestroom fees must be paid in full at time of check-in.
- Guests staying more than 30 nights(long-stay) are required to pay guestroom fees for the following month, in addition to other outstanding fees for the current month, by the last day of the current month.
- Guests staying more than 30 nights(long-stay) are subject to additional provisions.
- Tokyu Stay accepts most major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Tokyu TOP, JCB and Diners Club.
Room Cleaning
Short-stay
For 6 nights or less (Short-stay) guests, we will change the linen every day.
- * The room cleaning includes a change of bed sheets, pillowcase and other linen, bed making, replenishing of amenities, room cleaning as well as clearing out wastebaskets.
- * Tokyu Stay Aoyama Premier : For 7 nights or more (long stay) guests, we will clean the room twice a week.
- * No cleaning the bathroom and bedmaking.
Long-stay
For 7 nights or more (Long-stay) guests, room-cleaning service will be provided once a week the same way as it used to be.
- * The room cleaning includes a change of bed sheets, pillowcase and other linen, bed making, replenishing of amenities, room cleaning as well as clearing out wastebaskets.
- * Tokyu Stay Aoyama Premier : For 7 nights or more (long stay) guests, we will clean the room twice a week.

Unless otherwise specified, these are included in guestroom rates.
Telephone Charges
Guests are required to pay all telephone charges in full at check-out time.
Telephone charges are automatically settled for Tokyu Stay Shibuya Shin-minamiguchi guests.
